Henson Architects was established in 2023 following the unfortunate dissolution of longtime K-12 architecture firm - BLRB Architects. Jay Henson joined BLRB after completing his Master of Architecture degree from Washington State University. Henson Architects is continuing a legacy of excellent K-12 architecture because of the belief that a school has the potential to positively impact the lives of hundreds of thousands of young students and set them on track for a productive and impactful adult life. This belief has anchored Henson’s Mission Statement of “Collaboratively designing spaces - reflective of the communities they serve”.
